History of The Teague Group

Established in 1981 by Shemish and Patrick Teague upon their return from London. Together with their younger brothers Gerald and Daniel the group grew from small conversion and refurbishment projects to a peak of completing over 200 new properties a year. Remaining as a family company allowed the group to offer a level of quality and workmanship that is second to none.

The founding brothers retired from developments in 2007 before the financial crisis of 2008. The second generation of Teagues have gone on to form a series of other Edinburgh development companies; S1 Developments, MNM Developments and Glencairn Properties.

Under the direction of Dan and Shane Teague, the brothers behind the multi award winning S1 Developments, the group will bring forward the hugely exciting Ropeworks project.
